Education

I graduated from Dartmouth College in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. I earned my Doctoral Degree from William James College in 2023, with an emphasis on Health Psychology.

Experience

Since 2016 I have worked in a variety of care settings including behavioral medicine-focused outpatient clinics, primary care/medical facilities, residential facilities, a high school, and an Alzheimer’s Disease center. I received specialized training in mindfulness interventions, biofeedback, and clinical hypnosis. I completed my Internship accredited by the American Psychological Association at Harbor Care Health and Wellness Center in Nashua, New Hampshire, which focused on providing care for diverse populations within an integrated community setting.

I am also affiliated with Boston Behavioral Medicine where I supervise psychology graduate students.
