I offer a free 10-minute consultation call prior to scheduling an initial appointment.

Once we decide to move forward, we will schedule an initial appointment that lasts 60 minutes. During this time, I will hear what brought you into therapy and what you hope to work on with me. I will ask you questions and you will have a chance to ask me questions, as well. This will be a time for us to decide if we are a good therapeutic match and whether we want to continue to work together.

Ongoing sessions are typically scheduled weekly, though frequency varies depending on your individual needs. Sessions last 50 minutes.

I provide monthly superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement based on your out-of-network benefits.
